Sorry to say it but We as patients in California and other States are not treated as such, but rather as criminals.. So therefore we are accepting donations to defend and file charges against those Officials that do not follow the Law!!!

Our founder Jason D. Andrews is being charged with Sales and transportation of Marijuana in the County of Orange.. He is a patient with a valid Dr.s Recommendation as well as both State I.D. and Care giver cards issued by the Orange County Health Department...




  Jason D. Andrews and his ex-wife/Fiancee were pulled over on Oct 12th for allegedly speeding. He informed the officers that his passenger as well as himself were patients with State I.D.s and recs and that he was a State Care giver with the O.C. health  Department..They searched his car illegally (He said I do not consent to a search 4 times) thats when the one officer put his hand on his batton and said we dont need consent we smell Marijuana you want this to go bad, then opened the back door and went right for his black carry bag that was in the back seat zipped shut, They were wrongfully detained for three hours had narcotics Det. come out and question them (Jason in the back seat of the cop car, Jennifer outside standing in the cold) and then let go after 3 hrs, No charges not even a speeding ticket was given..  His Property (a knife,phone,blue tooth headset,Autographed Copy of Jack Herers Emperor Wears No Clothes, and a few other things)  1Lb of Medicine (Recommendation says He may grow or posses 52 Ozs) and personal info was taken as well as $6420 dollars that he had on him (He recently settled a car accident for $50000 he received 21,867.00 on Sept 23rd and took out $8000 a week later and $4000  a few days after that in cash.. He bought his ex-wife/Fiancee a $3800 dollar ring and spent a little cash on Misc bills and home products he had $5800 cash in his Carry bag as well as $640 in his wallet)..All provable by  bank receipts O.C. sheriffs took it all and only gave him a receipt for the money.. He was issued a warning for allegedly speeding..
1 month later on Nov 10th he called one of the Detectives Det. McCollough that issued the receipt and asked where his money and Medicinal was and the officer proceeded to tell him he was a drug dealer and wasn't going to get his money or Medicine back, that he was lucky he wasn't arrested that night.. Jason let him know he should have arrested him if he was in the wrong, Then Det. McCollough informed him he could still have him arrested and Jason said "Go Ahead" Well after the Veterans Holiday on the 15th there was a $25000 dollar arrest warrant issued... For Sales (11359) and transportation (11360) of Marijuana...


  He had just left Cafe Valey Tudo in Lake Forest where he is a member of their Collective, He gives them some of his extra Medication for a donation... He went there to see if they had some of the money that was owed to him, $1600 dollars for a half pound of Super Silver Haze.. He had a receipt for this...They did not have his money so he and his wife left.. That's when they were pulled over by the O.C. Sheriff for  allegedly speeding.. He was in the fast lane with the cruise control on going 64mph!!

Come to find out through Court records two Det. were in Cafe Valey Tudo's parking lot where they saw Jason pull in get out of his truck get his black carry bag, go into a known Medical Marijuana store come out with that same bag, Follow him onto the freeway, Where a sheriff just happen to see him speeding they see him get pulled over go back to their office when an hour or so later they are called to a random narcotics stop which happened to be the same car they followed earlier..

  They had him pulled over by the O.C. Sheriff's who patrol Lake Forest, He was pulled over going North at Tustin ave 5 miles down the Hwy, Usually the Hwy Patrol pulls you over and patrols the Hwy, Not the Lake Forest Sheriffs division!

  So even know he runs a Collective registered with the State of California and has a sellers permit from the  State B.O.E. as well as a Dr.s rec and both State I.D. and Care Giver Card from the O.C. Health Department.. He is being charged...

 Jason does allot for the terminally ill as well as those that just need this medicine for what ever reason they chose to go to a Dr. and have their Dr.recommend this much needed valued Medicine!! So for this to happen is not only a travesty but a wrongful prosecution and unjust definition of the law!!

Please help support someone who gives to this community.... We know of no other Collective Executive Director that gives away and helps as many Patients with free Medication, Rides to Dr.s,  a catering service and cleaning service.. This comes from a man who truly cares.....

 (e) No person or designated primary caregiver in possession of a
valid identification card shall be subject to arrest for possession,
transportation, delivery, or cultivation of medical marijuana in an
amount established pursuant to this article, unless there is
reasonable cause to believe that the information contained in the
card is false or falsified, the card has been obtained by means of
fraud, or the person is otherwise in violation of the provisions of
this article.
   (f) It shall not be necessary for a person to obtain an
identification card in order to claim the protections of Section
11362.5.

11362.765.  (a) Subject to the requirements of this article, the
individuals specified in subdivision (b) shall not be subject, on
that sole basis, to criminal liability under Section 11357, 11358,
11359, 11360, 11366, 11366.5, or 11570. However, nothing in this
section shall authorize the individual to smoke or otherwise consume
marijuana unless otherwise authorized by this article, nor shall
anything in this section authorize any individual or group to
cultivate or distribute marijuana for profit.
   (b) Subdivision (a) shall apply to all of the following:
   (1) A qualified patient or a person with an identification card
who transports or processes marijuana for his or her own personal
medical use.
   (2) A designated primary caregiver who transports, processes,
administers, delivers, or gives away marijuana for medical purposes,
in amounts not exceeding those established in subdivision (a) of
Section 11362.77, only to the qualified patient of the primary
caregiver, or to the person with an identification card who has
designated the individual as a primary caregiver.
   (3) Any individual who provides assistance to a qualified patient
or a person with an identification card, or his or her designated
primary caregiver, in administering medical marijuana to the
qualified patient or person or acquiring the skills necessary to
cultivate or administer marijuana for medical purposes to the
qualified patient or person.
   (c) A primary caregiver who receives compensation for actual
expenses, including reasonable compensation incurred for services
provided to an eligible qualified patient or person with an
identification card to enable that person to use marijuana under this
article, or for payment for out-of-pocket expenses incurred in
providing those services, or both, shall not, on the sole basis of
that fact, be subject to prosecution or punishment under Section
11359 or 11360.
